What Is PACE?

PACE® stands for Precision Aquatic Conditioning & Education.

That name is intentional.

PACE was created to bring clarity and purpose to swim training — not just by providing workouts, but by helping swimmers understand why they’re doing what they’re doing, and how to progress intelligently over time.

At its core, PACE combines:
